These terms govern purchases from Capable Days, operated by Safaiou Diallo, an autónomo established in Spain.

Products

Capable Days sells digital PDF resources. No physical item is shipped. Product descriptions, age guidance, contents, prices, and file format appear on the relevant product page.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe or another method displayed at checkout. Prices are shown in the checkout currency. Applicable taxes may be calculated or included as required. We may reject fraudulent or clearly erroneous orders where permitted by law.

Immediate digital delivery

After successful payment, download links are displayed on the confirmation page and sent to the checkout email. By expressly requesting immediate supply at checkout, a customer acknowledges the consequence for any statutory withdrawal right once digital delivery begins, where applicable.

Personal-use license

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use within the purchaser’s immediate household. Reasonable household print copies are permitted. Files may not be resold, shared, uploaded, redistributed, sublicensed, copied for another household, or used commercially.

Educational disclaimer

The resources are educational and do not constitute medical, psychological, occupational-therapy, legal, or other professional advice. No particular result is guaranteed.

Faulty digital content

Mandatory rights for digital content that is defective, inaccessible, materially misdescribed, or non-conforming remain unaffected. See the Refund Policy and Digital Delivery Policy.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, Capable Days is not responsible for indirect losses or outcomes caused by use outside the intended educational and household context.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their place of residence. Before commencing formal proceedings, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter.
